If you get a “receipt” for renewal of Norton, McAfee, or Geek Squad products you do not subscribe to, DELETE the message and do not respond – it is a phishing scam, designed to get your attention and to reveal personal information to the scammer, including credit card and bank information.

Your credit card has NOT been charged, which you can confirm by logging into your credit card account online. You will likely see a lot of these in the future, so please be diligent!
